ITALIAN F1 GRAND PRIX CHALLENGE (“Competition”)
By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions (“Terms’).
The prize draw is being run by Bamboo Systems Technology Limited (“Bamboo”).
Eligibility
To enter into the prize draw, you must satisfy all of the following conditions as set out below:
- You must be at least 18 years of age;
- You must have invested or saved a cumulative amount of US$10,000 (or the Nigerian Naira equivalent, utilizing the applicable parallel market rate as communicated by Bamboo) in any asset class or any combination of asset classes on Bamboo’s Platform during the prescribed Campaign Period. For every additional US$10,000 (or the Nigerian Naira equivalent utilizing the applicable parallel market rate as communicated by Bamboo) invested/saved in any asset class or any combination of asset classes on Bamboo’s platform, you will receive an extra entry into the draw.
- You must have completed sign up and verification on the Bamboo platform. Existing Bamboo staff members and their family members (being close relatives/relations) are excluded from the draw.
- In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes
A trip to attend the one of the Italian Grand Prix (“Trip”) for five (5) lucky people (“Prize” or “Prizes”)
Conditions
By participating in this Competition, you agree to all the Competition Rules set out in these Terms, without exception.
Bamboo will not accept responsibility under any circumstance if the contact details provided by you are incomplete or inaccurate or you fail to fulfil any of the terms and conditions of the Competition.
The Competition shall commence on the 19th March 2025 and end on July 31st, 2025.
The Winner(s) of the Trip are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prize.
The Trip does not include travel insurance, or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the Prize description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the Winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be returned.
Winners will be drawn by random selection.
Bamboo’s use of particular brands as prizes, does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
Bamboo reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion and without notifying the users, to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Bamboo regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained with respect to the prize draw.
If a winner is unable to obtain a visa by a cutoff date as communicated by Bamboo, the prize will be reassigned to someone else selected by random draw.
Winner announcements
Winners will be contacted via email and/or SMS and/or a phone call.
The winners will be announced on Bamboo’s social media handles, press or Bamboo’s newsletters.
Bamboo will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Bamboo reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Data protection and publicity
By entering the draw, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Bamboo for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice/policy.
By entering the draw, you agree to receive promotional and campaign emails from Bamboo.
All entrants agree to the use of their names, pictures, or videos on social media and other media platforms by Bamboo.
An announcement of the winners will be made via Bamboo social media handles and other media formats. You consent to such an announcement being made on the aforesaid channels.
All entrants agree to be tagged via their social media handles by any Bamboo social media accounts.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with Bamboo Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
Bamboo does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
Bamboo shall not be liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.
Neither Bamboo, its employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any of the following:
- any incorrect or inaccurate entry made;
- any system failures on any of the websites or platforms being utilized to run the Competition;
- Any third party’s failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions; and;
- Any third-party failure that results in the interruption or cancellation of the Competition that may be associated with the Competition.
Bamboo does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
In accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to waive your right to seek any remedies in court, tribunal, or arbitrator.
General
Bamboo reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
